The successful applicant: Have a sound understanding of Secondary Education Develop a good understanding of the student's EHCP - their strengths, needs, outcomes and practice. Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative. Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills. Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties both in smalls groups and 1:1.
