To be eligible, you must be within two years of CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) and not yet have held a substantive GP post.
Youll be employed by Roby Medical Centre on behalf of the PCN, working across up to 2 of the 11 practices, including four well-established training practices. This role offers the chance to work in a diverse clinical environment while being fully supported by an experienced Lead GP and a friendly, forward-thinking multidisciplinary team.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Conducting face-to-face and telephone consultations, providing expert care tailored to patient needs.
Prescribing treatments in line with local and national guidelines and conducting home visits as required.
Managing essential administrative tasks efficiently, such as referrals, prescription approvals, and results processing.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, patient-focused care.
Supporting Extended Hours services, enhancing patient accessibility and care delivery.
Maintaining accurate clinical records and contributing to quality and outcomes frameworks.

* Proven ability to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of own clinical practice
* Understanding of evidence-based practice

* Ability to effectively triage, assess and diagnose
* Requesting pathology tests and processing the results, advising patients accordingly
* Assessing and managing acute deteriorations/exacerbations of Long-Term Conditions
