Pastoral Support Tutor [Ref: HH6969]
£26,716 - £29,196 per annum
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Responsibilities
* Provide pastoral and academic support to full-time learners on a 1:1 and group basis, including weekly tutorial sessions.
* Offer targeted support to students aged 16-19 to help them achieve their full potential at college.
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of students\' support needs.
* Set and work towards targets and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience supporting students in a similar age range.
* High motivation and effective time management skills.
* Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Arrangements and Notes
The working pattern for this role will be discussed at interview. Flexible working options are available for non-teaching hours (planning and assessment time). Haywards Heath campus; flexible working options may apply.
