The Job:
You will be fully responsible for managing the Hotel and all the departments of this property that are associated with bedroom inventory while improving productivity, housekeeping quality, service, and increasing sales and profit throughout the Hotel as Hotel Manager. You will support the effective operational management team and work with the heads of department in achieving the revenue and guest satisfaction targets and responding to audits that the company completes ensuring continual improvement is achieved. You will be responsible for developing the guest journey in a room environment and room revenue management and pricing.
The Person:
The successful Hotel Manager will demonstrate a solid FOH/Reception background gained within a quality Hotel full-service-hotel environment and will have been operating at a senior HOD level or indeed at an Operations Management level. You will be revenue-focused and ideally have a good understanding of the Edinburgh market and culture, so previous experience within the city would be advantageous.
