Insight Executive Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a global FM service provider who are looking to hire an Asset and PFI Expiry manager for their healthcare site in Herefordshire. This is a permanent role with a starting salary of up to £65k plus10% bonus. Our client is looking for an Asset and PFI Expiry Manager to lead asset management and PFI expiry planning at their healthcare site in Herefordshire. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will support strategic estate decisions, optimise asset value, and help manage the transition of a significant PFI contract. You will contribute to essential healthcare delivery while working with senior leaders and a cross-functional team dedicated to innovation, compliance, and long-term value creation. The successful Asset & PFI Expiry Manager will be responsible for: leading the development, deployment, and ongoing management of a robust asset management framework across the client and supply chain teams serving as the site lead for PFI contract expiry, ensuring alignment with national guidance from the IPA’s PFI Centre of Excellence maintaining a live asset register and manage change processes designing and managing a building surveying programme and lifecycle planning strategy providing insights through reporting and data analysis to improve cost, performance, and risk balance continually improve the asset management system in line with ISO 55001 and HTM compliance The successful Asset & PFI Expiry Manager will be able to demonstrate: a degree in engineering or a technical field, and a recognised qualification in asset or facilities management (or equivalent experience) experience of creating value through asset management within a complex estate knowledge of lifecycle planning, change management, and contract expiry processes confidence in developing and leading cross-functional relationships across internal teams, clients, and supply chains experience with compliance standards, including HTMs and ISO 55001 qualifications such as Six Sigma, IOSH, or be working towards membership of a professional asset management body (e.g., IAM) If you match the above criteria and are interested in the role, please send your CV through for a discussion about the role – many thanks
