Working at Pure means joining a diverse, passionate, and growing team that truly makes a difference.The RoleThe Marketing Manager supports the Head of Marketing Communications and wider marketing leadership team in delivering the overall marketing strategy. The role combines hands-on campaign execution with growing ownership of campaign planning, supplier coordination, and performance analysis.The role will take responsibility for managing elements of marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels, ensuring that campaigns are compelling, compliant, delivered on time and within budget.This role is ideal for someone ready to step up into greater ownership of campaign delivery and begin managing projects and stakeholders across the marketing function.Summary of Responsibilities and Duties:Campaign Planning & DeliverySupport the planning, development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including TV, radio, print, digital advertising, email and direct mail.Take ownership for delivering campaign activity from planning through to execution and reporting.Work closely with the Head of Marketing Communications to support delivery of the wider marketing strategy.Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.Channel ManagementDevelop a strong understanding of both online and offline marketing channels, including:TVDirect mailPaid search (PPC)Paid socialDisplay advertisingEmail marketingWebsite contentSupport optimisation of campaign performance across these channels.Stakeholder & Supplier ManagementWork collaboratively with internal stakeholders including marketing, digital, content and leadership teams.Liaise with external agencies, media partners, printers and suppliers where required.Support the management of campaign sign-off processes and production timelines.Content & Brand ManagementEnsure marketing communications are consistent with the Pure brand and tone of voice.Maintain a strong attention to detail with accurate proofreading and quality control across marketing materials.Ensure messaging is clear, compelling and aligned with our values and customer needs.Team Support & DevelopmentSupport and collaborate with Marketing Executives and wider marketing colleagues.Contribute ideas to marketing planning and campaign development.Begin to take ownership of campaign projects, supporting the development of leadership capability within the role.Skills and Capabilities: EssentialExperience working in a marketing executive or similar marketing roleExperience supporting or delivering multi-channel marketing campaignsUnderstanding of digital and traditional marketing channelsStrong organisational and project coordination skillsHigh attention to detail with strong proofreading skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills DesirableExperience working within a regulated environmentExperience managing campaign budgets or media planningExperience working with external marketing agencies or suppliersFamiliarity with marketing analytics and reporting toolsPersonal Attributes: Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of how marketing communications impact customer experience and brand trust.Strong attention to detail, ensuring all marketing activity is accurate, compliant and aligned with brand standards.Highly organised and proactive, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships with colleagues, agencies and external partners.Commercially aware, with an interest in understanding campaign performance and how marketing activity drives business results.Analytical and curious, using campaign data and insights to support continuous improvement.Creative thinker, able to contribute ideas that improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.Confident communicator, comfortable presenting ideas, updates and campaign insights to stakeholders.Adaptable and resilient, able to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Positive and accountable, taking ownership of work and demonstrating pride in delivering high-quality marketing activity.Our Benefits30 days' holiday plus bank holidaysBupa Health Cash PlanLife AssuranceCompany Pension or SMART Pension optionFamily-friendly occupational benefitsEmployee Assistance Programme – 24/7 supportComprehensive Induction and Learning and Development AcademyDiscounted Gym Membership and Cycle to Work SchemeFriendly, supportive modern working environment with free on-site parkingIf you're looking to join a company that is fast-moving, people-centred and committed to doing things differently, and where your work truly matters, then this could be just the opportunity you've been looking for.Equal OpportunitiesThe Pure Group strives to be an equal opportunity employer.
