We are seeking a drivenSales Representative for our Packaging and Hygiene Solutions business unit.
The Packaging and Hygiene Solutions business unit focuses on, among others, the growing renewable solutions market, particularly packaging, where Kemira’s renewable product offering supports customers on their sustainability journey.
In this role you will be responsible for:
* Meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets and developing profitable business within the market. You will also understand the complexities of providing reactivation services within the pulp and paper marketplace.
* Supporting in the preparation of short and mid-range sales plans to reach nominated targets and supporting the development of the demand forecast and strategies for achieving results.
* Retaining long-term customer relationships with established accounts projected to generate future sales and repeat business.
* Assisting with establishing sales plans, visiting existing and new customers, assessing customer needs, improving brand and product awareness, and suggesting appropriate solutions.
What you’ll bring to the team:
* Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, or other science related degree or equivalent.
* Proven sales experience and strong technical background gained in the paper industry market, ideally with a knowledge of Biocides, Wet Strength Resins and polymers.
* Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
* Customer relationship management and reporting, preferably with experience of Salesforce.
* Willingness to travel to support the team when required.
* Reliability, openness, empathy and assertiveness.
