Role Overview

This busy and varied role involves managing a portfolio of clients. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Processing accounts payable and receivable
* Performing bank reconciliations
* Preparing and submitting VAT returns
* Preparing management accounts
* Preparing cashflows
* Setting up client software for clients managing their own bookkeeping on Xero
* Training clients on Xero

Our Ideal Candidate

Experience: A bookkeeping qualification or experience in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of Xero and Sage is essential; familiarity with QuickBooks and Dext is a plus.

Skills: Excellent numeracy and communication skills, comfortable communicating via phone, email, or Microsoft Teams.

Collaborative: A team player willing to share knowledge and support colleagues under tight deadlines.

Adaptable: Comfortable with change, excited by a dynamic environment, and eager to seek continuous improvement.
