This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified Mixed Veterinary Surgeon to join a welcoming and close-knit team in beautiful rural County Down.
The Role
You’ll enjoy a truly mixed caseload across small and large animals, with the flexibility to shape the role to your strengths and interests. The practice values community and connection — you’ll be supported every step of the way to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to both pets and farm clients.
* Full-time hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm
* 1 in 4 OOH weekends (with small cover radius)
* Part-time applications also considered
About the Practice
You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team of 4 Vets, 2 Registered Veterinary Nurses and 2 Receptionists who work closely together to provide a personalised service to their local community. Team cohesion is a real strength here, and the practice is proud of its long-standing relationships with clients, many of whom have been with them for generations.
Salary & Benefits
* Salary up to £55,000
* 6.6 weeks’ paid holiday
* £1,750 CPD allowance per annum
