The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained throughout our aeronautical engineering processes. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various departments to implement and uphold quality management systems, track key performance indicators, and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Implement and maintain quality management systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established quality procedures and documentation Manage and control all quality-related documentation, including procedures, specifications, and records Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant personnel Locate, organise, scan and upload of records/documents/logs, and paper record filing Collaborate with engineering and production teams to establish and maintain quality control records during design, manufacturing, and testing processes. Conduct assessments to identify areas for improvement and corrective actions. Work closely with the procurement team to administer supplier information. Proficient Microsoft systems and able to produce KPI reports and data analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement 5 GCSE’s (Inc.
