What You’ll Be Doing
As the Inclusion Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Inclusion and Wellbeing and play a pivotal role in implementing and delivering our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy. You will lead the Inclusion aspect of our broader Inclusion and Wellbeing strategy, manage our seven colleague networks, and partner with senior leaders to integrate inclusive principles throughout the employee lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include driving strategic inclusion programmes, enhancing the “You Matter” hub, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on initiatives. You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding the development of annual DEI reports and contributing to initiatives that enhance colleague engagement and wellbeing across easyJet.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
We are seeking an Inclusion Manager who brings a minimum of five years of experience delivering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives across global businesses. You will have a broad and robust understanding of People Experience, including Wellbeing, Learning, and Engagement. This role requires deep expertise in inclusion and wellbeing, with a proven ability to consult and collaborate effectively to unite diverse teams. You will have lived experience of driving inclusion within large operations and will be adept at leveraging knowledge of external markets and legislative changes to enhance easyJet's DEI strategy. Additionally, you will be capable of working cross-functionally with the People Experience team to build a culture of inclusivity throughout the organisation.
Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
