We're recruiting for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join an established engineering and technology business in Norfolk, supporting the introduction of new products within a highly regulated, high-reliability manufacturing environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in advanced manufacturing, electronics, microelectronics, semiconductor or similarly complex industries who enjoys taking products from concept through to production.

Working as part of a collaborative engineering team, you'll play a key role in developing manufacturing processes, solving technical challenges and ensuring new products are introduced smoothly and efficiently.

• Lead the selection of materials and development of manufacturing processes for new and existing products
• Provide technical expertise across manufacturing technologies, working closely with design, production and quality teams
• Support the introduction of new products, ensuring successful transition from development into manufacture
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions, process specifications and Bills of Materials
