Job Description:
Top practice located close to Fenchurch Street is currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
Due to growth and ongoing success, this highly regarded client is open to all levels of qualified experience within Conveyancing.
You will have the ability to manage your own caseload and handle all aspects of sales and purchases, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, Help to Buy, and Right to Buy, as well as deeds of variation.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in creating and maintaining lasting relationships with clients and third parties at all levels
* A thorough and detailed approach to work
* Be a team player
* Excellent organisation, administration, and communication skills
Job Specifics:
* Salary in the region of £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
* Office hours are 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (one hour for lunch between 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm)
* Job Type: Full-time, in the office
