Key Responsibilities
* Engage with new and existing candidates, including targeted headhunt calls.
* Update and maintain the recruitment database with current information.
* Research and secure qualified companies for consultants to contact.
* Assist consultants with workload management through proactive reorganisation.
* Create and manage client and candidate mailshots as needed.
