The Role You will manage and coordinate the end-of-contract renewal process for existing vehicle leasing customers who have moved into an extended informal contract phase, ensuring a seamless customer experience and maximising retention rates. You will focuses on proactively engaging customers significantly beyond the end of their lease agreements, passing potential renewals to sales, liaising with Heads of Sales Departments, and supporting customers through the renewal or return process in line with company policies and FCA regulations. A main component will be to analyse the data and provide reports on the success of the process. What will I be doing Manage a portfolio of customers whose vehicle leases are significantly beyond the end of lease, ensuring timely contact and follow-up to secure renewals, extensions or collections. Contact customers via phone and email to discuss renewal options, vehicle upgrades, or alternative contract terms. Update CRM and leasing systems to ensure customer records, renewal activity, and contract details are current and compliant. Liaise with sales, and operations teams to ensure vehicle is recorded at the correct status within the CRM. Administration of live vehicles with relevant funding partners. Adhere to all FCA, GDPR, and company compliance procedures when handling customer data and finance documentation. What will I need to succeed Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) Experience in outbound calling and great customer skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload.
