The Promos team is a big part of our client's creative function – their job is to intrigue, entice, excite and sell by bringing content to life through promos and AV assets.
You will support the Creative Directors and Resource Manager in planning, scheduling and tracking work, with a particular focus on day-to-day administration, reporting and freelancer coordination.
What You Will Do
* Support the management of resourcing across the team, maintaining up-to-date schedules and project records.
* Run and prepare documentation for resource and budget meetings with Design teams, Heads of Business, Creative Directors and Executive Producers.
* Take ownership of key administrative tasks, including freelancer bookings, contract processing, raising POs and ensuring compliance with internal systems.
* Maintain accurate tracking of project budgets, raising overspend and underspend issues to the Resource Manager.
* Assist in the recruitment of freelance and permanent talent by coordinating interviews, managing paperwork and updating records.
* Produce regular reports on team utilisation, capacity planning and budget usage.
* Build effective relationships with internal teams, helping reconcile differing opinions and needs to support efficient allocation of resource.
What You Will Bring
* Experience in a resourcing, project coordination or recruitment role at a creative agency, broadcaster or production environment.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills, with high attention to detail.
* A proactive, planning/forward-thinking approach.
* Solid Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
* Experience using scheduling or project management tools.
* Confident communication skills and the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
