Main Duties:
* Carry out onboarding calls to gather customer requirements for phone systems
* Set up customer phone lines and broadband within agreed targets and SLAs
* Record, categorise, and prioritise customer support tickets
* Liaise with sales teams, colleagues, and distributors to resolve any order issues
* Provide assistance to customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
* Arrange and coordinate site surveys and installations
* Keep clear communication with managers, team members, and other departments
* Offer support across the Hosted & Connectivity team when required
About You:
Experience & Knowledge
* 1+ year in a customer service role (telecoms background is a plus)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong telephone manner
* Familiar with CRM systems and Outlook 365
* Able to multitask and manage workload effectively
