Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in delivering tailored educational programs.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with diverse needs – Primary needs of ASC and SEMH.
* Help manage challenging behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
* Support students’ social and emotional development.
* Participate in school activities and contribute to a supportive school community.
Requirements:
* A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
* Experience in a similar role or working with children is preferred.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
