24 hour Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant
We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our retail team and help drive sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values.
* Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to achieve store goals.
* Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
Requirements
* 1+ months of experience in a sports or fashion retail environment.
* Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.
* Effective customer service and sales skills.
* Team player, resilience, eagerness to learn, and curiosity.
* Good communication skills in English.
