Job Title: Hospitality Associate (Assistant)
Salary: £29,000 per annum pro rata
Hours: 26 hours per week over 5 days
Location: The Lakeside Bistro at Hampshire Lakes

Join Anchor as a Hospitality Associate and start your journey in the UK’s leading not-for-profit care and housing provider. This is the perfect role for someone passionate about customer service, teamwork, and delivering quality dining experiences in a warm and welcoming environment.

What you’ll do:

1. Provide excellent front-of-house service — greeting, seating, and serving customers.
2. Serve food and drink to high standards, ensuring a positive customer experience.
3. Maintain cleanliness and uphold food hygiene and safety standards.
4. Support resident events, promotions, and community activities.

What we’re looking for:

5. A positive, enthusiastic attitude and commitment to great service.
6. A willingness to learn, grow, and embrace new challenges.
7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
8. Level 1 Food Hygiene qualification (or willingness to train).
