To be a pivotal part in implementing plans and strategies for the successful delivery of business-to-business events, covering pre-event, onsite delivery, and post-event activities.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for events management, including creation of exhibitor manuals.
* Collaborate with the team to develop and implement successful plans to support the sales process.
* Liaise with key stakeholders to gather essential information regarding their participation in the event.
* Confirm all event details, coordinate with all parties, address challenges, conduct risk assessment, ensure health & safety, finalise capacities and menus, and agree floor plans.
* Support the team with developing and executing a successful marketing strategy, incorporating physical tickets, social media, websites, and digital communication.
* Ensure consistent communication with key stakeholders and act as the primary contact for visitors and potential attendees seeking information about the event.
* Participate in international events when necessary.
Candidate Profile
* Fluent in Italian (spoken and written) – Essential.
* Experience in planning and delivering B2B events – Beneficial.
* Open to rapid change, adaptive to new and evolving situations.
* Ability to handle pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and articulate.
* Driven, motivated and prepared to maximise the opportunity.
