What The Job Looks Like
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
* Development, update and maintenance of Performance dashboards covering the Omni-Channel space, and managing reporting systems to understand performance.
* Running the Performance Management process, including planning, market interactions, and follow-up on decisions made post-business discussions.
* Supporting the commercial team in understanding and using reports and KPIs to analyze and improve performance.
* Ensuring processes and guidelines for proper delivery of performance management dashboards.
* Providing expertise on Field Team Excellence topics such as sizing, territory design, incentive compensation, segmentation, and targeting.
* Contributing to optimization of commercial practices through assessments and ROI analysis, including carryover calculations.
* Analyzing sales, market, prescription, activity, and omnichannel data to extract insights.
* Challenging business partners on their performance and analytical accuracy.
* Creating and documenting business cases with a deep understanding of best practices.
* Transforming data and insights into compelling stories to influence decision-making.
* Delivering analysis and support projects on time and within budget using Agile methodologies.
What You’ll Bring To The Table
To succeed, you should have:
* At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Performance, or Field Team roles.
* A university degree in Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or Health Economics.
* Proven experience with KPIs and analytics in a commercial context.
* Experience in data management and cleansing.
* Knowledge of Field Team practices like structure design, sizing, incentive schemes, segmentation, and carryover.
* Familiarity with Veeva CRM, Sales Force, and Business Intelligence tools.
* Understanding of pharmaceutical market data and omnichannel operations.
* Market and brand knowledge.
* Fluency in English and another European language is advantageous.
* Advanced data storytelling skills.
* Good business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Project management capabilities.
* Effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Proficiency in building business cases.
