With your excellent written and communication skills, you’ll deliver an integrated PR programme that enhances our external voice and internal alignment. You'll gain valuable experience in managing agency relationships, developing award-winning content, and leading crisis communications - all while working within a dynamic, collaborative marketing team. You’ll be a key part of our marketing function, working collaboratively with campaign teams, brand managers, and digital specialists to ensure PR and marketing efforts are aligned and consistent. You’ll manage and get the best from our external PR agency and help ensure media-facing individuals are confident and prepared, including organising media training where appropriate.
Your work will directly contribute to increasing MHR’s visibility, credibility, and commercial success. From delivering targeted PR strategies and securing impactful media coverage to co-ordinating award entries and supporting strategic campaigns, you’ll position MHR as a leader in its field. You’ll measure performance against KPIs and continuously look for ways to maximise ROI and influence through digital and social channels. Your efforts will play a vital role in shaping public perception, supporting new business growth, and maintaining consistency in how the MHR brand is presented and experienced.
