Are you a senior, entrepreneurial leader in the Sport & Leisure insurance market looking for an opportunity to build and lead a national practice? We are seeking an ambitious and growth‑focused individual to become a Practice Lead for Sport & Leisure. Your Role
As the Practice Lead, you will have the autonomy and support to:
* Lead and define the national industry practice for Sport & Leisure across the business.
* Drive the growth strategy for the specialism, leveraging an exclusive product to win new clients and build market share.
* Build and manage a profitable book of business, starting with a seed portfolio of £100k‑£150k to develop.
* Act as the senior technical expert and thought leader for Sport & Leisure, providing expertise and guidance across the group.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan, identifying key targets, relationships, and growth opportunities.
* Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and insurer partners.
About You
* Extensive experience and a strong network within the UK Sport & Leisure insurance sector.
* A proven track record of winning and developing business, with a clear focus on growth.
* An entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition and drive to build a niche practice.
* The ability to operate at a senior, strategic level with UK‑wide influence.
* Experience with clients such as health and fitness centres, gyms, sports associations, and leisure centres is advantageous.
* Would consider applicants from the Midlands or South East regions.
