My client, a Social Media Agency, is looking for an Account Executive to provide day-to-day support to the Account Manager. The company creates and produces video content through social media communities, achieving outstanding results for clients, building long-lasting relationships, and helping clients meet their business objectives.
Account Executive
Location: Solihull
Type: Temporary - 3 months
Salary: £11.79 per hour
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
Responsibilities:
* Support the Client Services team daily by tracking project progress and maintaining documentation.
* Manage administrative tasks such as diary management and note-taking.
* Proofread internal and external documents and client social media posts.
* Liaise with team members to ensure content meets client requirements, including attending shoots occasionally.
* Stay updated on digital and social media trends, and develop knowledge of the client’s sector, competitors, and customers to contribute effectively to creative sessions.
* Assist the Account Manager/Director with new business pitches and post-campaign reports.
* Support in arranging and attending client meetings.
Candidate Requirements:
* Understanding of social media platforms and their role in achieving business objectives.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects.

* Interest in video content creation and social media.

* Experience in advertising or marketing is advantageous, from in-house or agency backgrounds.
