Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: Walsall
Pay Rate: £162.31 - £251.71
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Smart Education is currently recruiting for a committed and experienced SEN Teacher to support pupils aged 7 to 19 in Walsall. This role involves working with students with a range of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD), and Visual Impairments (VI).
Role
You will be joining a dedicated team in a supportive educational setting, delivering tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of students. The role includes working across different ability levels, helping students build confidence, communication skills, and independence.

Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
* Proven experience working with pupils with ASD, SLCN, SpLD, and VI
* Ability to deliver personalised, engaging lessons that support a wide range of learning needs
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* A positive, adaptable, and pupil-focused approach to teaching
