You’ll support the Head Chef, lead services, and help coach and develop the team. Junior Sous Chef – You’ve got the experience and ambition. We’ll give you the platform to step up and own it. Chef de Partie – You’re the engine of the kitchen. You know your section inside out and keep quality tight no matter the pressure. Commis Chef – Hungry to learn and happy to graft.
