Pay & Hours
Rate: £12.71. Working week: 39 hours over 5 days a week (Monday to Sunday). We are open to discussing flexible working hours to accommodate your needs where possible.
Job Role
As a Supervisor you will work alongside our team preparing fresh ingredients and producing sandwiches, baguettes and other food products in line with company standards while delivering excellent customer service and high‑quality food.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers and create an inviting experience.
* Receive and check daily deliveries.
* Assist with the management of branch stock and produce.
* Maintain shop displays.
* Have excellent knowledge of our products.
* Prepare food in line with the specification.
* Food and produce quality control.
* Maintain the highest levels of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.
* Work efficiently within a team.
* Cash handling and till operation.
* Open or close the shop when required.
* Run shifts at various times during the week.
* Drive sales and minimise wastage.
* Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment at supervisory level is required.
* Experience working in food production is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
