Overview
Guildford Rugby Club is recruiting a Head Coach to lead the Senior Men’s programme into the 2026/27 season and beyond.
This is more than a rugby coaching role. We are looking for somebody capable of helping shape standards, culture, leadership and long-term player development across the Senior Men’s section. We are one club, from Youth and Colts through to Senior Rugby, and the successful candidate must be committed to supporting Guildford Rugby Club’s wider “One Club” philosophy through positive engagement with players, volunteers, supporters and the broader rugby community.
A key responsibility of the role will be supporting the transition, development and ultimately retention of players progressing from Colts into Senior Rugby. The successful candidate will help establish high standards of behaviour, preparation, accountability and leadership throughout the Senior Men’s environment while also contributing to player recruitment, retention and the long-term sustainability of the programme.
