Role
Working closely with the senior management team; you will manage the Sales Executive team to a strong sales performance each month. You will drive sales in the department through processes and train the team to work professionally.
Ensure the team offers strong customer service, maximising sales while promoting a strong profit per unit, and collaborate with finance to secure the best deal for the customer.
Control the used car stock to maintain the right vehicles for your market area.
Ensure all online adverts comply with company and manufacturer guidelines.
Requirements
* At least 2+ years experience as a Sales Manager in the motor trade
* Main dealership experience essential
* Good understanding of both new and used vehicle sales
* Full UK driving license
