What does a Project Manager do at Hogarth?
This role involves managing localisation projects for a prominent global tech brand. You will work closely with Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, the Client Marcom team, Producers, Print Production Managers, and CSP Managers to originate and adapt channel campaigns across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong client relationships
* Manage all aspects of channel marketing asset localisation and production, including briefs, timelines, contact reports, and cost estimates
* Participate in internal and client status meetings, managing expectations and workflows
* Identify scope fluctuations and communicate them to your line manager
* Collaborate with internal teams such as Studio, Print Production, and Operations
* Brief creative and production teams, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and QC procedures
* Ensure contractual obligations, SLAs, and KPIs are met
* Understand Hogarth’s business model, services, and technology
* Resolve issues promptly and escalate when necessary
* Identify bottlenecks and work with Senior Project Managers to optimize processes
Requirements:
* Solid agency experience working on global retail or shopper accounts, with localisation expertise
* Proven ability to manage client expectations and internal processes
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to produce and present professional documents
* Strong spreadsheet skills in Excel and Numbers
* Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and passion for the work
* Proactive problem-solving approach
* Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under tight deadlines
* Composure under pressure
* Willingness to work onsite full-time in London for 3-4 weeks, up to three times per year, with hybrid working otherwise
