A high-growth commodities data & analytics platform is seeking a commercially driven Chief Sales Officer / Head of Sales to lead its global Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a proven commercial executive to build and scale a global sales and client success function within a cutting-edge investment technology firm.
Key Responsibilities
* GTM Strategy & Execution
o Own and implement the GTM plan across sales, account management, customer success, and marketing
o Align commercial efforts with strategic growth objectives
* New Business Development
o Lead from the front in acquiring new clients across UK, US, and Continental Europe
o Engage directly with prospects and clients to drive revenue growth
* Commercial Team Build-Out
o Establish and scale the commercial team and processes
o Recruit and mentor talent across sales and client success
* Client Success & Account Management
o Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and growth
o Develop scalable engagement and renewal processes
* Marketing Leadership
o Build the marketing function from the ground up
o Shape strategy, develop collateral, and drive brand positioning
o Align marketing efforts with sales and product goals
Candidate Profile
* 10+ years' experience in new business development and account management
* Background in commodities data & analytics or B2B SaaS/data platforms
* Proven ability to lead and scale commercial functions
* Fluent in English; French fluency is a strong advantage
* Comfortable operating across UK, US, and Continental Europe
* Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
