As a Customer Services Supervisor (Games), you will play a key role in the success of our skill games operation. You’ll support and lead a team of Games Operators while ensuring the smooth running of our kiosks throughout the park. Your Duties & Responsibilities: Lead, support, and motivate a team of Games Operators to deliver exceptional guest service. Oversee daily operations across multiple skill games kiosks, ensuring they are fully staffed, stocked, and guest‑ready. Engage with guests and maintain a fun, welcoming atmosphere throughout the park. Monitor performance and drive revenue, supporting the team to meet daily targets. Ensure compliance with safety, cash handling, and operational procedures. Handle machine or kiosk issues, escalating to management or maintenance when required. Support training, coaching, and onboarding of new team members. Maintain high standards of presentation, including cleanliness, signage, and prize displays. Who Are HB Leisure Ltd?
