Their Blackwood office is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their friendly and supportive team.
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of property transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring a smooth process for clients. You will handle a broad range of conveyancing matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages
* Transfers of equity
* New build transactions
* Shared ownership and help-to-buy schemes
You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with excellent support from experienced legal assistants and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters with minimal supervision
* Conduct legal research, draft contracts, and liaise with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies
* Provide excellent client service, keeping clients updated throughout the transaction process
* Identify and resolve any issues that may arise in complex transactions
The Ideal Candidate:
* The successful candidate will have:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in residential conveyancing (qualified solicitor, CLC Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced fee earner)
* Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law
* The ability to manage transactions independently with excellent attention to detail
* A client-focused approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
