The Role
Are you a people-person with a passion for health & fitness and a flair for follow-through?
We’re looking for a Sales & Membership Consultant to drive new memberships, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and help our thriving community grow.
What You’ll Do
* Drive new memberships through energy, enthusiasm, and great service
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets & KPIs
* Create and run engaging membership campaigns
* Give inspiring tours and sign up new members
* Build lasting relationships with members
* Use our membership software (EZ Runner) to track leads, run reports, and manage enquiries
* Respond proactively to member needs and feedback
What You’ll Bring
* Sales experience (fitness industry a plus!)
* Positive, proactive, and target-driven attitude
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work weekends and varied shifts
* Motivated, motivational, and a real team player
