Grafton Recruitment are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our client, a leading European manufacturer who are expanding their UK footprint in the industrial sector. Ideally, we are looking for someone coming from the metal or steel sector, or closely related industrial field, who understand the market dynamics, customer expectations and operational complexity of this type of business. This role is perfect for commercially minded individual with a hands on approach and a strong track record in managing clients, teams and business performance.
THE ROLE:
Some of your responsibilities as a Commercial Manager:
1. To build, motivate and support commercial UK team, ensuring the business goals and operational efficiency.
2. Execute commercial strategies that support long term growth and profitability.
3. Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities.
4. Manage and grow existing client accounts while actively acquiring new business.
5. Collaborate closely with the wider commercial leadership team to refine unique selling points.
6. Participate in strategic management meetings during the onboarding phase (first 3-9months).<...
