Job Description
We are part of a large integrated drug and alcohol service working with some of Cornwall's most excluded and disadvantaged people. Successful candidates will work as part of the clinical team, alongside in-house services including outreach, hospital, adult community, and criminal justice.
WithYou is committed to working with our clients to find the right path for them to achieve their goals. You will join a dedicated team that goes the extra mile to make that happen.
This role is busy, sometimes challenging, but always rewarding. We collaborate to provide the best support and treatment. If you are a first-level Registered Nurse or Pharmacist who thrives in a community setting, assessing and supporting healthcare issues, this might be the role for you.
The position is full-time (37.5 hours/week) based in the Liskeard Service.
You will stay updated with developments in treatments you prescribe and help develop, implement, and evaluate interventions such as harm reduction, support and advice in substance misuse clinics, detoxification, and vaccination/blood testing programs.
Beyond active service users, you'll also reach out to communities to offer proactive support and education.
We provide an induction period, supervision, and CPD opportunities.
