As Social Work Team Manager, you will: Lead a multidisciplinary district team including Lead Practitioners and Practice Supervisors. Provide operational leadership and set high standards of practice and customer care. Ensure delivery of child-centred services that comply with legal and statutory guidance. Champion safeguarding and promote the welfare of children and young people. Drive performance and quality assurance through reflective supervision and evidence-based auditing. Collaborate with internal and external partners to strengthen local service delivery. Embed the Trust’s practice model, Connections Count, in everyday team practice. Manage budgets effectively and ensure value for money. Our offer to you: In addition to the salary offered, there is an incentive payment of £1,000 Retention payment of up to £5,000 per annum, subject to tax and NI deductions - T&C's will apply.
