What you’ll be doing:
🎨 Lead packaging design projects from concept through to final artwork, ensuring bold, innovative, and commercially effective design outcomes.
📦 Develop structural and graphic design solutions that elevate the brand and delight consumers.
🤝 Collaborate with product, marketing, and global suppliers to deliver packaging that works across multiple formats and channels.
🗂️ Own and manage the packaging critical path, ensuring everything is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
🌍 Contribute to broader creative initiatives including catalogues, POS, exhibitions, and promotional material.
What we’re looking for:
✔️ 5+ years of experience in packaging design (FMCG, consumer, lifestyle, or retail ideal).
✔️ A standout portfolio showcasing your ability to combine creativity with precision.
✔️ Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with 3D mock-up tools a plus.
✔️ Strong understanding of packaging print processes, sustainability, and production constraints.
✔️ A confident communicator who can balance creativity with project management.
