Platform Project Manager
Location: Hybrid – Swindon or London Salary: Competitive + Bonus
Edenred PayTech is looking for a highly organised and delivery-focused Platform Project Manager to lead the execution of strategic initiatives across our core technology platforms. This role sits at the heart of our transformation journey, ensuring the successful delivery of platform upgrades, integrations, migrations, and compliance-driven enhancements.
You’ll work closely with engineering, product, compliance, and business stakeholders to manage complex projects from concept to completion—balancing timelines, resources, and risk while keeping communication sharp and outcomes aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end delivery of platform-related projects across infrastructure, cloud, payments, and compliance domains
2. Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with technical and business teams
3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
4. Manage cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and accountability throughout the project lifecycle
5. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and adapt plans to meet evolving requirements
6. Ensure platform changes meet regulatory and security standards (e.g. PCI DSS, AML, GDPR)
7. Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to deliver seamless platform integrations
8. Track and report progress to senior leadership, providing clear and actionable updates
9. Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement across project workflows
10. Support post-implementation reviews and drive lessons learned into future initiatives
What You Bring
11. Proven experience delivering complex platform or infrastructure projects in a regulated environment
12. Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS preferred), APIs, and enterprise systems
13. Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
14. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
15. Familiarity with compliance frameworks and risk management practices
16. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet)
17. Agile and waterfall delivery experience
18. Ability to translate technical detail into business impact
19. Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM) is a plus
