HR Projects Lead - TUPE

£40,000 – £45,000 + benefits
Eaton Syalon are in exclusive partnership with a fast-growing, highly acquisitive Group with multiple sites across the Midlands and the wider UK to hire a HR Projects Lead. With several acquisitions already completed and more in the pipeline, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth and integration.
Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Projects Lead will play a pivotal role in managing the people aspects of acquisitions and integrations, specifically TUPE. This is a hands-on, varied position requiring a balance of project management, communication, and employee engagement skills.
You’ll manage TUPE projects from start to finish — from the first introduction to new teams through to integration into the wider Group structure. The role will also focus on ensuring positive communication, smooth transitions, and consistent employee experience across all acquired businesses.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead on TUPE transfer processes for newly acquired businesses, ensuring compliance and clear communication throughout.
* Act as the main point of contact for acquired employees, supporting engagement and transition into the Group.
* Partner with operational leaders to plan and deliver integration activities and onboarding support.
* Prepare employee communications and coordinate consultation meetings where required.
* Support the HR Director on wider people projects linked to growth, culture and employee engagement.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all processes align with employment legislation and internal policy.
About You
* Proven experience managing TUPE processes from start to finish, ideally in a multi-site or acquisitive environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging with staff at all levels.
* Strong organisational and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* A proactive, relationship-focused HR professional who enjoys a mix of operational and project-based work.
* CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience).
