As part of our team, you will help plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and fun-filled activities that promote creativity, social interaction, and well-being. Responsibilities include:
* Karaoke, Singing, and Dancing
* Arts and Crafts
* Baking and Cooking Activities
* Outings and Community Trips
* Festive Service Decorating and Event Setup
These activities aim to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being while building a sense of community and belonging.

Role Overview
* You’ll support adults with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health
* You’ll support them to flourish in a place they call home. You’ll empower the people we support to be ambitious and live fulfilled lives
* You’ll give high-quality support tailored to people’s needs
* You’ll do activities like cooking, art or listening to music. And get out for movie nights and food outings
* You’ll provide personal care including support with continence needs; health and medication needs; handling personal possessions; finances and documents; shopping. Help them to have good levels of personal and environmental hygiene
* You’ll follow our procedures, so we give consistent, safe, and reliable care and support
Key Skills and Experience
Essential
* Good general education
* Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion to make a difference
* Commitment to the aims and objectives of the home and of Ivolve
* Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
* A commitment to undertake training and development
Desirable
* RQF Level 2 or above in social care
* Previous experience within social care setting
* Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities
* Knowledge of the regulatory frameworks
* Confident IT user
