About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

* Implement best practices to enhance candidate engagement and experience.
Operational Excellence:
* Streamline processes to improve recruitment efficiency and client satisfaction.
* Track and report on key performance metrics, including placement rates and time-to-fill.
* Collaborate internally to refine and innovate recruitment strategies.
* Stay informed on legal and financial market trends to provide strategic insights.
