Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Be an immensely organised, dedicated and conscientious SEND Coordinator.
* Be a highly skilled and experienced teacher with exemplary classroom practice and the skills to coach and develop this within others.
* Already have experience within SEND and inclusion within their current role and an excellent understanding of SEND Code of Practice.
* Have a strong track record in identifying children’s needs and making a significant impact on the progress of all pupils.
* Have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Be able to lead, motivate and inspire others to achieve excellence.
* Be innovative, have a passion for high quality and inclusive education for all and be able to strategically lead and develop SEND across the school.
* Be fully committed to our school and our ethos.
