*As a Fintech Support Specialist, you will guide customers through our cloud-based suite of products via telephone and digital channels. Consult & Troubleshoot:* Act as a "Trusted Advisor," translating complex financial software features into simple, actionable solutions.
* *Drive Financial Clarity:* Help users manage their accounts, payroll, and taxes with precision.
* *Identify Growth:* Use your commercial awareness to suggest tools and upgrades that help our clients’ businesses thrive.
*You enjoy digging into "the why" behind a technical glitch or a financial discrepancy.
* *Numeracy & Data Literacy:* You are comfortable discussing budgets and business workflows. SaaS Savvy:* You have a natural affinity for cloud-based software and can navigate multiple platforms simultaneously with ease.

*Competitive Pay:* *£12.75 per hour* (£26,520 per annum) with *Fortnightly Pay*.
