The Role:
Provide timely response to customer enquiries using email, phone as necessary
Responsible for sales administration; Receipt of customer order; order input; acknowledgement and issue of invoices and other supporting documents
Maintenance of usage reports including transaction reporting
Accurate entry of data into all company in-house CRM systems and maintaining the integrity of records
Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel etc.
Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts
Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post;
Skills and Attributes required:
Strong organisational skills are essential
Strong written and oral communication skills are essential in order to respond to all customer enquiries in a professional manner
Strong IT skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Experience of inputting data quickly and accurately
Attention to detail
Experience within a sales, logistics or supply chain support function is desirable
The Hours:
Hybrid working available:
Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm ½ lunch 40 hours
Hybrid is currently Monday & Friday home working
Office based: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
