Your Role
* Leading and mentoring a team of practitioners in your designated room
* Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children
* Planning and delivering engaging activities aligned with our Where Children Shine curriculum
* Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Supporting the Nursery Manager in operational excellence and compliance
What We're Looking For
* Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting
* Passion for child development and a commitment to safeguarding
* Excellent communication and team‑building skills
* A proactive, positive attitude and a love for lifelong learning
