About The Role
Senior Meeting & Events Sales Coordinator, Hotel du Vin
Rate: £14.75 (OTE £15.75 incl. Tronc) / 40 hours
Type: Permanent
Location: Hotel du Vin Bristol City Centre
We create memories that our guests never forget. As Senior Events Coordinator you will be the face of the business, often before the guest steps foot in the hotel. Experience in a similar role is beneficial but a smile and personality is an absolute must.
Responsibilities
• Oversee meetings and events from 6‑guest meetings to 250‑cover weddings.
• Coordinate on‑site logistics, ensuring detail and precision.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders before and during events.
Qualifications
• Similar experience in events or sales roles is beneficial.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Positive, friendly demeanor and strong personality.
