Role Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent marketing graduate to kick‑start their career within a dynamic B2B environment. The successful candidate will join a growing organisation and play a key role in supporting a wide range of marketing activities aimed at driving business growth and enhancing brand visibility across European markets. This is a hands‑on position offering broad exposure to digital marketing, content creation, events, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in creating engaging, on‑brand content for social media, newsletters, flyers, and blog posts.
* Support copywriting, proofreading, formatting, and basic graphic design using tools such as Canva or Adobe.
* Help maintain and update product listings, datasheets, and content across multiple regional websites.
* Assist with the coordination of trade shows and events across Europe, including booking venues, arranging travel, and preparing promotional materials.
* Contribute to internal communications including newsletters and campaign updates.
* Support the management of shared brand assets and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
* Prepare basic reports and internal presentations using Excel and other relevant tools.
* Conduct market research to help inform marketing strategies and identify trends and opportunities.
Skills & Experience
* Degree qualified in Marketing or a related discipline.
* Previous internship or academic project experience in marketing is desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Creative mindset and eagerness to learn.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Familiarity with Canva or Adobe tools (Photoshop or InDesign).
* Basic knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms is advantageous.
* Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe for events.
Offering
* Full‑time role, 37.75 hours per week.
* Hybrid working available – 2 days from home after a 6‑month training period.
* 25 days holiday plus 9 statutory days.
