The Role: We are looking for enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcers to join our growing team. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and preparing candidates for exciting career opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Engagement: Proactively call and speak to candidates to discuss current and upcoming roles. CRM Management: Update and maintain candidate records in our internal CRM system to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date. Application Management: Screen and manage candidate applications from initial contact through to interview. Interview Preparation: Prepare candidates for interviews, including providing role-specific advice and guidance. Administrative Support: Use applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage data, reports, and communications. Job Advertising & Sourcing: Post job adverts across multiple platforms and proactively search for potential candidates. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience and long-term engagement. Reporting & Analysis: Assist with reporting on recruitment metrics, such as candidate pipeline and response rates. Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment consultants and business development managers to support end-to-end recruitment processes. What Were Looking For: Experience or strong interest in Motorsport, Aviation, Marine, or Engineering industries is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Confidence in speaking with candidates over the phone and providing guidance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems. A proactive, can-do attitude and a desire to learn and grow within recruitment.
